TERMS OF USE FOR TUBES AND GRAPHICS - from Free Public Section only

All graphic images offered for download in our FREE section have been mouse drawn and created by Pixie Mouse.

You may use these graphics, to create, design or enhance web sites, web sets, stationery or for use on printed address or jar labels, for your own personal use or where a fee may be charged.

This DOES NOT include any web sites that are in any way unlawful, contains anything threatening, abusive, malicious, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, blasphemous, profane, violence, inciting racial or religious hatred, terrorism or otherwise objectionable in any way.

Premades:

All premades are available for purchase via PayPal, and are .gif images on a transparent background.

You must have a web site to purchase one of our premades.
Each premade will be retired after being bought so the exact design of the premade will be exclusive to the buyer.
We reserve the right to use elements of our premades in other graphics.
The copyright notice will not appear on sold premades.
Fill in the form next to the image you wish to purchase. On receipt of your order we will then request payment from you via PayPal. Once we have received payment confirmation we will send you the image in a zip file.
If payment has not been received within 24 hours from our request, we will assume you have changed your mind and the image will once again be available for anyone to purchase.
All sales are final once payment has been received. No refunds can be made, sorry.
The premade is to be used only on the web site listed on the order form, if you wish to purchase the premade as a gift the web site url it will be shown on must be given on the order form.
We ask that a link is placed somewhere on your web site back to Pixie Mouse, or if you prefer,mention of where the premade was purchased.
Do not change our graphics or use parts of them in any other format.
Do not offer any of our graphics to anyone else or offer them in any other way ie cd's collections etc.

Blinkies and Sig Tags:

All of our blinkies and sig tags are not exclusive to one buyer.
Both can be used in emails and on forums as well as web sites, guest books etc..
You can buy a blinkie or a sig tag as a gift
If possible please link to Pixie Mouse or make mention of where the blinkie or sig tag was purchased.
On receipt of your order we will request payment via PayPal, once we have received notification of the payment, in the case of sig tags we will design the tag with your requested name up to a maximum 9 letters. We will send your blinkie or sig tag to you in a zip file.
The sale is final and we cannot make any refunds. However if we have messed the graphic up we will of course replace it :)

TOLE AND PIXEL TUBES

All tole tubes offered for download in our MEMBERS section have been mouse drawn and created by Pixie Mouse.
All pixel tubes offered for download in our MEMBERS section have been mouse drawn pixel by pixel by Pixie Mouse or created using line art from Labels by Design or The Pixel Patch where we are proud to be members.
You may use these graphics, to create, design or enhance web sites, web sets, stationery or for use on printed address or jar labels, for your own personal use or where a fee may be charged.
This DOES NOT include any web sites that are in any way unlawful, contains anything threatening, abusive, malicious, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, blasphemous, profane, violence, inciting racial or religious hatred, terrorism or otherwise objectionable in any way.

DOLL BASES

These doll bases have been created by Pixie Mouse, and are only available to members.
You can only use these bases if you clothe them and do hair etc. They are not to be offered as they are downloaded from our site ie naked :)
You may change the features if you wish but not to use parts of the doll bases to create another base, or to change arm or leg positions etc.
You may use the bases, to create, design or enhance web sites, web sets, stationery or for use on printed address or jar labels, sig tags or for your own personal use or where a fee may be charged.
A link back to our web site, titled Doll bases by Pixie Mouse, with the URL - www.pixiemouse.com IS REQUIRED if you use any of the bases. We only ask for a link on YOUR site not every site one of our bases you have dressed appears.

PSP LAYERS VECTOR SHAPES

PSP Layers and Vector Shapes are there for you to decorate yourself. You may use these graphics, to create, design or enhance web sites, web sets, stationery or for use on printed address or jar labels, for your own personal use or where a fee may be charged.

TUTORIALS

All images created following any of our tutorials are yours to do with as you wish. Do not download our tutorials unless it is specifically for your own use whilst following the tutorial. None of our tutorials are to be copied and offered elsewhere.

You may not add ANY of our graphics either from the free area or members area to other collections, web sites or to be offered on CD's etc.
A link back to our site would be appreciated by its not required, except of course as stated in the terms above, if you use one of our Doll Bases.
